Connection with people, and even with myself, has been a long journey. My struggles with relating to my peers conditioned me to seek connections elsewhere. Sometimes, I coped with unhealthy escapes or hung around people I shouldn’t have. I often drifted aboard as a lost soul.

Photography became a gateway for me to connect to people with different backgrounds and life stories. During our conversations, I noticed many of us share common traits. We desire to live the best life we can, express ourselves as we see fit, and share our life experiences with others.
